This is a Klingon or English list, but everybody should feel like home immediatley, so

Willkommen! Mein Name ist Quvar, und ich bin zur Zeit (noch) der sogenannte Beginners' 
Grammarian. Meine Aufgabe hier ist es, Neulinge und Anfänger zu empfangen und beim 
Klingonisch-lernen zu helfen. Ich korrigiere Grammatik und gebe Tips um Klingonisch zu lernen. 
Wenn Du bei einer Mail "KLBC" (=EFKA="Ecke Für Klingonisch Anfänger") in die Betreff-Zeile 
schreibst, ist diese als Anfänger-Mail erkennbar. Dies kann eine Frage an mich sein, oder einfach 
nur eine Unterhaltung mit anderen Anfängern. Dies heisst aber nicht, dass KLBCs nur für Anfänger 
sind! Jeder kann daran teilnehmen. Die einzige Regel ist, dass der erste, der etwa zur Grammatik 
sagen darf, der BG ist (also ich). Sobald ich das getan habe, kann jeder seinen Senf dazugeben. 
Dieses System wurde eingeführt, um die Verwirrung bei den Anfängern so gering wie möglich 
halten. Wenn möglich, sollte man auch auf Englisch sagen, was man auf Klingonisch zu sagen 
versucht. So ist es für mich einfacher, zu erkennen ob du auch sagst, was du sagen willst.

In der FAQ werden bestimmt viele Deiner ersten Fragen beantwortet, und dort findet sich auch 
Informationen wie man Klingonisch lernen kann, und wie man diese Mailing Liste benutzt.

Halte Dich nicht zurück, Fragen zu stellen, analysiere die Mails von anderen, und schreibe selbst 
auch etwas. Die Grammatik werde ich nun weiter auf Englisch bearbeiten, denn davon können ja 
auch die anderen profitieren.

That's only a description, but not a translation.
Not only vampires enjoy drinking blood! ;-)

The name doesn't follow the typical Klingon scheme (consonant-vowel-consonant: e.g. Suv)
But who cares? It's a name, and if you like it, it's your name.

I'm not sure what you want to say. Please next time add an english translation, so that the BG can 
see if what you wrote is what you wanted to say.

Please don't transcribe words or invent new ones. This might cause confusion for beginners, who 
try to find the translation. 
And by the way, is it *ghermanya'*, *'almanya'*, *nIye'metlhqo'*, or *Doy'chIlanD*??!
NB: As you can see, we mark fake (also wrong or questionable) words with asterisks.

"Terran" would be constructed like "Klingon":
{tlhIngan Hol} - {tera' Hol} 
i.e. two words.
But perhaps you mean {tera' HolQeD}?

TKD section 5.3. "Conjunctions", we are told that

Hm. I need to guess. Literally, it's "I here activate you all". Please give a translation!
There's a commun saying among newbies: 
"I'm new here" 

{naDev} "here", as a adverbial comes first.
TKD 6.7 "Placement of adverbial elements" tells us

another type to precede the adverb. Most commonly, this is a time element (a noun or phrase 
meaning "today, at six o'clock," etc.).<<<

Then for the verb, you need the prefix for "I" with "no object" {jI-} (to be found in TKD section 
4.1.1. "Basic prefixes") an attach it to the verb {chu'} = {jIchu'}

    {naDev jIchu'}
    "I am new here"
