Hmm, there's an interesting little formation. I would be inclined to think
that /'e'/ is referring to /lutwIj DaQoynIS/, not /lutwIj DaQoy/ like it
should. Yeah, we know what was meant, but it's still not quite right.
Given that redundancy is often acceptable in Klingon where it isn't in
English, I might reword it as follows:
"Balticon"Daq bIjeSchugh, lutwIj DaQoynIS. DaQoy 'e' Data'be'chugh vaj
bIpaychoHbej.
Of course, there's a simpler way to do it (sic):
"Balticon"Daq bIjeSchugh, lutwIj DaQoynIS. DaQoybe'chugh bIpaychoHbej.
Do'Ha' "Balticon"Daq jIjeSbe'.
