Two segments.  /pong cherlu'/ and /tlhIngan Hol vISovchu'pa'/.
These can be put together in either order.

pong cherlu', tlhIngan Hol vISovchu'pa'.
tlhIngan Hol vISovchu'pa', pong cherlu'.
