I see

(a) no reason to assume that /'ejDo' 'entepray'/ is breaking any rule, and

(b) no significant structural difference between /'ejDo' 'entepray'/ and
/qItI'nga' Duj tI'ang/.

What rule has been broken?  I don't follow.
