Yes, there is most of the grammar in TKD, and KGT contains mostly additions
and corrections. Besides of that, it also contains a lot of interesting
information on Klingon culture and such.

It takes time. The most important thing is to do it on a regularly basis.
Not one weekend hardcore-klingon learning, but better few things every day, one
email a day is a good practice already. That's how I learned it.
