Actually, there is not very much to learn here, since it's the same way as in English, or German.
[I use another word, to keep translation simple]
{tlhIngan wa'} - "Klingon one" - "Klingone eins"
{wa' tlhIngan} - "one Klingon" - "ein Klingone"
