Not according to TKD, p. 23:
"The suffix /-mey/ cannot be used with body parts. It should be noted,
however, that Klingon poets often violate this grammatical rule in order to
evoke particular moods in their poetry."
/-mey/ is "grammatical" on people nouns and thing nouns, but not on body
part nouns. Perhaps a better word than "grammatical," however, would be
"allowed." /-mey/ is not allowed to go on body part nouns, but Klingon
poets might do it anyway.
