The rhyming scheme is indeed the reason for the somewhat convoluted {'Iqbogh 
mIp lughaj}. The line seems to need something longer than either {'Iq 
mIpchaj} or {tlhoy ghaj} but if the phrase I used is unnecessarily confusing 
I'll follow your suggestions adding a few syllables, e.g.:

        Dunqu' Sutchaj, jejqu' yanmeychaj
        tlhoy Sop 'ej 'Iqqu'bej mIpchaj

        (-chaj would appear twice)

or

        Dunqu' Sutchaj, jejqu' yanmeychaj
        tlhoy Sopbej chaH 'ej tlhoy mIp lughaj

'ISqu'
