Never used in a Klingon sentence, but Okrand did comment on the word on
st.klingon ("Re: Expensive Word," 7/97):
{wagh} is "be expensive"... If you're not a Klingon but plan on
tasting gagh, by the way, I suggest you find a good restaurant
and stick to {qagh wagh} "expensive gagh".
Cf. also {lo'laH} "be valuable". For {qutlh} "be cheap", cf. also
{lo'laHbe'} "be worthless".
