Although it isn't used in a sentence, {jum} is mentioned in Conversational 
Klingon, in the section on expressing opinions of Klingon sites. CK lists 
the following words for describing how you feel about Klingon surroundings:

"Beautiful" {'IH}, "Ugly" {moH}, "Odd" {jum}, "Powerful" {HoSghaj}, 
"Superior" {nIv}, "Inferior" {QIv}, and "Messy" {ghIH}.

So it looks like {jum} is used for the non-numerical sense of "odd".
