I will search, but it has been my impression that type 5 noun suffixes go on
the final element of the phrase no matter what part of speech that is. So
far, this is obvious only if the the non-noun is a stative verb. Thus, they
are not merely noun suffixes; they are phrase suffixes.
Still, we have never seen evidence that the "phrase suffix" can be placed
onto a verb which is not an adjectival-verb. Nor can I claim it is logical
to extend this idea to putting a noun/phrase suffix on an action verb, with
or without verb suffixes.
