As used in canon:

  tlhIngan yoH Daj verengan yoH qetlh
  The Klingon is braver than the Ferengi (KGT)

(N.B. this is a variation - or word play, if you prefer - of the standard
comparative construction {tlhIngan yoH law' verengan yoH puS}.  For an
explanation with more examples, see KGT p.178ff.)

Related verbs include {Dal} "be boring"; antonyms include {Daj} "be
interesting".
