I don't have a line to MO, but perhaps it could be suggested that in
future editions "ghojmoH" should be written in the K->E side of the
dictionary as "ghoj*moH", where the "*" is the vertically centered
small dot, and indicates that it is an affixed word.  This would be
similar to a German->E dictionary writing a verb with a separable
prefix as "pre*verb".  The entirety is a different verb to a German,
same as "ghojmoH" is (or may be) to a Klingon, but it's obvious how
it's derived.
