Usually helping the beginners is handled by the Beginners' Grammarian,
currently me; But I do not know Latin.

With the Klingon I can kind of guess what you're trying to say; with which I
reply that klingon is Object-Verb-Subject.
/voq/ is the verb.
I'm thinking /roj veS ghap/ is supposed to be the object, so it would go
before the verb.

Any grammarians here know Latin?
