{ghap} is a noun conjunction and comes after the final noun.  You chose to
use a pair of English adjectives, which would usually be verbs in Klingon;
if you're trying to imply a pair of exclusive statements as a choice, the
verb conjunction {pagh} comes between them.  Since the question mark
indicates that you're trying to ask a question, you need some sort of
grammatical clue to that effect.

However, Klingon doesn't lend itself to "either/or" questions quite that
easily.  A straightforward rendition of such a choice typically comes out
"Is it x?  Is it y?" with no conjunction at all.
