*{DenobuluSngan} (*{Denoblu'ngan} *{Denobngan}?) ghaH Phlox Qel'e'.

According to the "Terra Nova" closed captions he's a Denobulan (which he
pronounced /dih-NOBE-yu-luhn/), whatever they are.  

Could he be from one of the Denebian worlds, mentioned a few times in TOS? 
Aren't there more than one known from Trek?  If so, that would make him a
{DenIbngan} or {DenIbya'ngan}, which are in TKD.
