How about:
  QaQmeH HeghnIS jagh.
  (To be good, the enemy must be dead.)

Or, in the spirit of the ``surrender or die'' translation...
  Heghbe'chugh vaj QaQlaHbe' jagh
  (If not dead, the enemy cannot be good.)
