After correcting the minor typo for {SuvwI'}, the Klingon version literally
means:
{SuvwI' nuQ 'ach bIyInlI'} "He/she annoys a warrior, but you are in the
process of living."
For phrases like this, you should probably have the same subject for both
verbs. For example, you might change the subject of "annoy" so that it is:
"You can annoy a warrior, but you are in the process of living."
So you would have to change the verb prefix for {nuQ} to indicate that "you"
is the subject.
The way that you translated this idea is interesting, since the English
version is reworded differently from the Klingon version.
By using the verb suffix {-lI'} on {bIyInlI'}, it implies that you will live
for a while, but that your days are numbered.
