This is the monthly announcement for the Frequently Asked Questions list for
this mailing list. This is a great place to go to get information about
this mailing list ("How do I unsubscribe?"), the Klingon Language Institute
("How do I join?"), and Klingon in general ("what is the 'prefix trick'?").
New this month:
1. I've added a section at the top to highlight recent changes.
2. Changed 2.13 to include "Where can I learn how to read/write {pIqaD}?"
3. Added 3.12 Where can I find out about new grammar rules?
