Pronounciation of {qq}

Is there any consensus on how to pronounce the double {q} in words like {beqquj}
or {parmaqqay}? Is it pronounced like one {q} or like two ("parmak-kai")? The
last options sounds a bit odd for me, but then with tlhIngan Hol you never
know...
