This seems like a stretch, but /SIq/ may be what it is because putting your
index finger in your mouth and thrusting your head forward is a sign of
gagging, vomiting, being "sick."  It doesn't exactly seem like an
Okrand-style association, though.

If /qay/, /qew/, and /qan/ are puns, they clearly all belong to the same
one.
