As mentioned last month in the "Belanna" thread, the submission to include
Klingon in Unicode was rejected (as will be Tengwar and Cirth, if
the justification given on the list was accurate). Stepping
back for the moment from the consideration of what makes a language
a language, and looking instead at more pragmatic matters of
communication, perhaps the KLI should lay out the locations of the
Klingon letters within the Unicode private-use area, and provide
a Unicode font (perhaps a modified version of the GNU Unifont)
with the Okuda glyphs at those locations?
