Well, how about:
Se'vetlh Hevbe' tlheghwIj.
My cable doesn't receive that frequency.
using {tlhegh} "line, rope" for cable - but of course it would be meaningless
to a Klingon.
There's also the problem of which word for "frequency" to use for a TV channel:
Se' "frequency (radio)"
rI'Se' "hailing frequency"
chaDvay' "radio frequency, Hertz"
Of these, {Se'} seems to be the most general, as it appears in {'evnagh Se'}
"subspace radio" which IIRC refers to the system of sound plus image in
treknology. (But then, don't "hailing frequencies" in Trek also include the
images projected on the main viewscreen?) Only {Se'} has been used in canon:
labmeH 'evnagh Se' tlhIngan QumwI'
A Klingon communicator sends a signal through subspace radio. S19
