gheD

Today's grammar highlight is the plural of beings capable of language.

Add the noun suffix (type 2) -pu' to a noun referring to a being capable of
language to make it plural.

Examples: loDpu' = men, be'pu' = women, jaghpu' = enemies.

If all the Klingon language you have learned has come from these highlights,
use the plural only in the object of the sentence until tomorrow, when the
grammar highlight of the day will tell you how to "adjust" the verb so you
can use plural subjects.

puqpu' ghaj Suy
The merchant has children.

puq = child, offspring
ghaj = has, possesses
Suy = merchant

Additional sentences: jaghpu' legh yaS. be'pu' legh loD. puqpu' chop'a'
targh.  yaSpu' chopbe' targh.
