To me, it isn't immediately clear what you mean by {waghHa'} in this case.
It could be "unexpensive", or "incorrectly priced, so that it's expensive".
It might be more straightforward just to use {qutlh} ("cheap").

As you suggested, {Dochmey'e' boSlu'bogh} could work for "collectibles"
(literally, "things that are collected").
