The correct pronunciation is <tlho'> {{;-)>

To pronounce a <tlh>, start by pronouncing an L all by itself. Notice that
the tip of your tongue is right up against the back of your front teeth. Now
pronounce a T a few times. Your tongue probably starts in the same place as
the L, but moves off your teeth. For <tlh>, just pretend there's a drop of
superglue on the tip of your tongue, so it can't move. Try pronouncing a T a
few times like this. You'll notice that the air goes around the sides of
your tongue if you do it right.

And a word on "thank". The Klingon word <tlho'> - "thank" - is NOT used the
same way as the English word "thank". In English, we say "thank you" when
someone passes the salt or opens a door. We say "thank you" when someone
says something nice. We always politely say "thank you" when receiving a
gift, not matter how trivial it is.

Klingons do not say <qatlho'> in these situations. When speaking Klingon, it
is considered polite to be concise, while it is considered rude to waste
time on pleasantries. If someone opens the door for you, the polite response
among Klingon speakers is to go through it; if someone gives you a gift, the
polite response is to use it as intended. Use <tlho'> only when you want to
express real gratitude.
