Indeed,
the exam comes from the STARFLEET Academy, for which you have to be a
Starfleet member.
I will not discuss any other questions on this list, but since this one
was the last I was unable to find, I made an exception. One question of
the total 80 or so won't give you an advantage if you ever want to take
the test. (certainly not if I can't find an answer).
I will ask what they think the answer should be after they finish the
test.
