Watch the typos, and again the subject goes after the verb not before:

jItuj jIH.

mumeQ Hov'a'.

<'oy'> means "ache, hurt, be sore". You can ache or be sore, but you can't
"ache" or "be sore" someone else, so you can't <'oy'> someone else. For
this, you need the verb suffix <-moH>: <mu'oy'moH> - "it causes me to hurt".
