If it helps, I have the script (but it's not the final version)
in English. I think the line that you are referring to is
the "Better to die on our feet..." which was explained in
TKW. The section which I think you are talking about goes
as follows:

68 Int. Azetbur's office - day
She's gotten off the compic. We are now in Klingon.
Kerla
Attack them now, Madam Chancellor,
while we still can....!
He unfurls battle plans......
First General
Attack, or be slaves in their world!
Second General
We can take whole by force what they

Azetbur (weary)
You don't seem to grasp our
situation, General. War is now
obsolete. As we are in danger of

That sinks in. Azetbur hardens. Faces Chang.

That's what the script says but as we know the lines might
have been shuffled in the actual filming/editing. But I
hope you can match the spoken line to something in the above.
