We don't refer to Qo'noS Hol. We refer to tlhIngan Hol. We
do talk about DIvI' Hol, but that is because the assumption
is that the group of people who use the language are of
many races, but of one group, which is the Federation.
I would definitely call it qarDaSngan Hol. It is the
language of Cardasians, not the language of Cardasia. The
planet doesn't speak. The people do.

We typically call it DIvI' Hol. I'm not certain that Okrand
has ever used it that way, however.
