*gagh* is how it's spelled in "Federation Standard". DujHod is right: the dish
is spelled {qagh} when writing tlhIngan Hol.
Another spelling you sometimes see in fandom is {ghargh}, which is Klingon for
"serpent, worm" as animals. Properly speaking, {qagh} only refers to the
prepared dish complete with seasonings and sauce, not the unprocessed worms
{gharghmey}. Note that Fed. Standard speakers (and the writers) seem to use
*gagh* for both.
