This one's fairly easy. You're obviously thinking of the famous proverb:

qaStaHvIS wa' ram loS SaD Hugh SIjlaH qetbogh loD.
4,000 throats may be cut in one night by a running man. TKD
["While one night occurs, a running man can slit 4000 throats."]

So, mutatis mutandis, you would say:

qaStaHvIS wa' ram wej SaD tlhIngan(pu') ponglaH HaDbogh loD.

As always - and especially following a number - the plural suffix is optional.
