In your sentence above, {DaHjaj} is setting the time of the action, and the
{-ta'} on {vIbejta'} is setting the aspect of the action. So what you said
was that today your watching ST5 was done. What you probably want to
indicate is that you actually watched the movie today, rather than just *had
watched it* by today. To do this, simply leave off the {-ta'}.

Don't forget that when using the to-be construction, the noun suffix {-'e'}
