You can't really use <nuq> *or* <'Iv>. The problem is that <nuq> and <yaS>
can't be used with a noun like this. The normal Klingon way to do this is to
avoid asking a question entirely:
yaS DaHoHta'bogh yIngu' - Identify the officer you killed.
qama'pu' HoHta'bogh yaS yIngu' - Identify the officer who killed the
prisoner.
