Somehow, somewhere, I got the idea that {chal} is the sky and/or horizon. As
much as I have thought about {chalDep} for "bird," I like {muDDep} even
better. It's hard to explain how I feel that {muDDep} is the better choice.
We have been using {muDDuj} for "airplane," not {chalDuj}, right? To me, the
{muD} is closer to the surface, the atmosphere, the air; {chal} is further
and more immaterial.
