As would a {ghop De'wI'}, i.e. "hand-held".

Of course, in Trek they're called PADDs, though I forget what the abbreviation
stands for.  Personal Auxiliary Data Display??  In any event, we've seen
Klingons use them too ("House of Quark" inter alia).
