Since this is a vocabulary question, I'll venture {cha' DarSeqwIj}.

It depends on what you're asking for. If you want an audio recording or sound
file, there are at least three variants I've seen used on this list:
*{bom ta} "song/chant recording"
(from {bom} "song, chant" [n] and {ta} "record, file" [n])
*{QoQ ta} "a musical recording"
(from {QoQ} "music" ["meaning musical sound, whether or not a Klingon
voice is participating in producing this sound" (MO in HQ 2.4)]
*{ghogh ta} "a spoken recording"
(from {ghogh} "voice")
OTOH if you're asking for the written music, or score, to play along on your
{chuS'ugh} or {leSpal}, I'd use *{bom ghItlh} or *{QoQ ghItlh} - from {ghItlh}
"manuscript" - instead. YMMV.
To answer your other question, I don't have any of the above. In fact, I've
never heard of the song in question. nuq 'oH bomvam'e'? qonta' 'Iv?
