I know Okrand doesn't do it, but it's not a bad idea to use <>'s or other
punctuation to set off quotes. Also, <yu'> is "question, interrogate", so I
don't really think it can work for this kind of "question". Words that might
work here are: <Hon> - "doubt"; <vaq> - "mock"; <nuS> - "ridicule".
