If I remember correctly, Okrand has said the <jatlh> and <ja'> are pretty
much the only verbs of speaking. None of the other verbs related to
speaking, like <ghItlh>, <jach>, <tlhup>, <jang>, etc. work like <jatlh> or
<ja'>.
