In Windows 98, go to Start, then Run.  Type "telnet klingon.dhs.org" without
the quotes, press OK, and a telnet window will open for you.  All you need
is a login and a password.  If you have the address toolbar on your taskbar,
just type "telnet klingon.dhs.org" without the quotes in teh address field
and press enter.
