that should not be a great problem.
you can find a suitable client at www.mirc.com. download and
install it. once it is installed run the program and go to the
options. add a new server to the list and insert the following
data:
server: klingon.dhs.org
port: 6667
choose a nickname and enter it.
once you entered and applied this information, hit the connect
button and see what happens.
if the client is done connecting to the server, type
"/join #tlhIngan" in the status window of mirc to join the
channel (room) #tlhIngan. now you are ready to start talking...
