Perhaps when you checked, but I just now visited the site and it was working
perfectly.  They have, though, redesigned it a bit. The Star Trek Continuum
section is now at:

  http://www.startrekcontinuum.com/startrek.asp

You will have to go through the Library Computer to get to the Klingon
Compendium section with al the reference material as I couldn't find a direct
URL.

It's well worth tracking down.
