{meQ} *might* be an exception.  The {meQtaHbogh qach} could be talking
about a building which burns other things, and not a building which is
just on fire.  Even the English phrase "a burning building" *can* mean
a building which burns things.  I've got similar weaselish arguments I
could present for {tagh} and {mev}, but they're not quite as nice. :-)
