You've just said "I am a Ferengi female!". Do'Ha'bej. When using this sort
of construction, the negative verbal suffix goes on the pronoun (jIH), which
is acting like a verb:

verengan jIHbe'!

> "I am not (a) Ferengi! To a Klingon, honour is more important than
> wealth."

tlhInganvaD batlh potlh law' Hoch potlh puS.
