I could see this going either way. TKD merely states that {-moH} indicates
that the subject is causeing a change of condition or causing a new condition
to come into existence.
Maybe this does not mean that {ghojwI'pu'} are the DO of {ghojmoH}. Rather,
perhaps the meaning of {Hol ghojmoH qup} is "The elder causes the language to
be learned," not "The elder causes the language to learn."
I noticed on the KLI Home Page that one of the missions of KLI is to discuss.
