"Step on it!"?

I'm not counting this as one of the jokes, but it just struck me
as amusing.

This word has only been used in one of Valkris's lines which was
filmed in English and then redubbed into Klingon. Okrand was far
too busy matching lip movements to additionally make this a pun.
All of ghunchu'wI' comments here are dead on.

Again, as is pointed out in another post, this matches lip
movements with "animal". Several times, Okrand had to take a
scene that had been shot in English and give it sounds that had
to sound totally alien, masking the fact that the scene was shot
in English, literally saying what the subtitles say they are
saying. He was originally hired in ST2 to do exactly that with
the Vulcan lines. So, he got good at it and it is reflected in
quite a few Klingon words.

Okay, here are the puns or other funny words I have noted. Enjoy
figuring them out if you haven't already. Some are hilarious and
obvious. Others are more obscure and possibly not even
intentional. I figured I'd save time not explaining them all at
once, and it would give those who know a grin, and those who
don't know a puzzle. Enjoy discussion.

And if you absolutely don't get something, let me know and I'll
explain it:
