Well, it looks like you missed a few corrections. In the first line, remove
the <-pu'>. In the second line, *Constantinopol* has to go *before* the verb
<pongbe'lu'>.
Also in the first line, the *Istanbul* is out of place. The way the verb
<pong> works is the name is the object of the verb, and the thing named is
put in front of it with the suffix <-vaD>. So you wind up with:
ben law' *Istanbul*vaD *Constantinopol* ponglu', ach ...
