I strongly suspect it's typical use is something like:

torgh: DaHjaj maSuvDI', Dachlaw' Qanqor. ghaHvaD qay' nuq?

Qugh: parmaq.

torgh: toH! lot! latlh SuvwI'na' wISuqHa'!

It's just a theory, however. It is a noun and not an 
exclammatory, but I do suspect it often stands alone.
