Well, yes. It is swapping initial consonants between two 
adjacent words. There was a high member of the church with the 
last name Spooner who was notorious for doing this by mistake, 
so they named the trait after him. If you take a few diff 
strinks, until you are ploroughly thrastered, and then take a 
rape tecorder and specord your reech, you may discover why 
Spooner falked so tunny.
