voragh, of course, has the final word, but according to my
observations, in Conversational Klingon and the sixth movie
{chegh} was used intransitively both times:
CK: ghorgh pa'wIjDaq jIchegh? "When can I return to my
room?"
ST6: DaH machegh. "We're returning now."
I would not assume that it can also be used transitively. I
would instead use {cheghmoH} for transitive meaning.
